1. For the purification of sulfides, the single-machine bag filter will encounter some sulfur incineration conditions. After sulfur incineration, gaseous sulfur dioxide will be formed. To desulfurize, sulphur dioxide-containing gas can be sprayed with sulphur dioxide and a reverberant adjuvant. Then sulfur dioxide and lime powder will chemically react to form solid calcium sulfate, and then it can be collected by the dust filter bag together with the dust particles to reach the purpose of desulfurization.
  2. Purification of fluoride. The aluminum electrolysis process emits a lot of fluorine-containing gas. The alumina powder of the aluminum electrolysis plant is used as a filter aid, and the solid fluoride containing gaseous fluorine generated by the electrolytic cell is adsorbed by the alumina powder, and then filtered by a dust filter bag. The use of alumina as an adsorbent requires an increase in the required solid-gas ratio (solid adsorbed dose per unit volume of flue gas), and the flue gas and alumina are strongly mixed in the turbulent flow, and the hydrogen fluoride in the flue gas occurs with the alumina between them. The external adsorption reaction produces an aluminum fluoride-like surface compound, and the response proceeds very quickly and can be completed in one second. The fluorine-containing alumina which is separated from the flue gas by the dust filter bag can be directly used for electrolysis and can replace some fluoride salt materials.
  3. The high-temperature flue gas generated by the furnace when burning oily fuel must be protected against the filter bag when it is treated with a single bag filter to prevent oil, water and gas from clogging the filter bag. Therefore, it is very important to pre-spray the bag before the single bag filter is operated.
