Under the action of the main fan of the system, the dust-containing gas enters into the air box at the bottom of the dust collector from the air inlet at the bottom of the dust collector to pretreat the dust-containing gas, and then enters into the dust-removing chambers of the upper tank from the bottom; dust Adsorption on the outer surface of the filter cartridge, the filtered clean gas passes through the filter cartridge into the clean air chamber of the upper box and is collected into the air outlet.

As the filtration conditions continue, the dust accumulating on the outer surface of the filter cartridge will accumulate more and more, which will increase the operating resistance of the equipment. In order to ensure the normal operation of the system, the upper limit of the dust collector resistance should be maintained in the range of 1400 to 1600 Pa. Internally, when this limit is exceeded, the PLC pulse automatic controller shall issue a command through a fixed resistance or timing to perform three-state cleaning.

The cleaning process of the filter cartridge dust collector is to cut off the net gas outlet passage of a certain chamber first, so that the chamber is in a stationary state of the air flow, and then the compressed air is pulsed and blow cleaned to clear the dust, and then cleaned for several seconds. 1, the determination of the filter wind speed

The filter wind speed is one of the key parameters for the selection of the dust collector. It should be determined based on the nature of the dust or fume in different applications, particle size, temperature, and concentration. Generally, the inlet dust concentration is 15 to 30 g/m 3 . The filtration speed should not exceed 0.6-0.8m/min; the inlet dust concentration should be 5-15g/m3, the filtration wind speed should not exceed 0.8-1.2m/min; the inlet dust concentration should be less than or equal to 5g/m3, and the filtration wind speed should not be Greater than 1.5 to 2 m/min. In short, when choosing the filtration wind speed, in order to reduce the resistance of the equipment, the general filtration wind speed should not be chosen too much.

2, filter material

Cartridge type dust collector adopts PS or PSU polymer coated fiber filter. When the filtered gas is normal temperature or lower than 100°C, PS polymer coating fiber filter is generally used. If it is used in high temperature applications, it should be adopted. If PSU polymeric coating fiber filter is used for special occasions, it must be stated before ordering, and filter media should be selected separately.

3, ash form
