As far as the current environmental protection policy is concerned, in order to realize the clean and conversion of waste incinerator exhaust gas purification, it is necessary to use a bag filter to filter the flue gas discharged from the waste incinerator.

The bag filter is a widely used dust collector device and is also a dust collector that is used in garbage incinerators. According to the waste incineration process, toxic gases such as sulfur dioxide and dioxins are generated during the incineration process, and a large amount of high-temperature soot is generated at the same time. At present, the dust bag filter technology of the bag filter can realize the filtration treatment of dust gas below 280°, which is still insufficient for the garbage incinerator. Therefore, in practice, wet desulfurization and cooling are usually used, and then combined with a bag filter to achieve clean emissions.

There are many unknown substances in industrial waste, and these substances produce many harmful gases through combustion, which is extremely corrosive, and medical waste is highly corrosive, so it is necessary to take this into consideration when choosing a bag filter. In particular, the material of the casing should be treated with anti-corrosion treatment. In the selection of dust-removing cloth bags, PPS or PTFE cloth bags should be selected. Only in this way can the normal operation of the dust collector be well protected. It is also necessary to select the dust collector skeleton. A good choice is the silicone spray treatment of the dust collector skeleton. Only after such treatment can the corrosion resistance and acid and alkali resistance be achieved, and the bag filter can have a longer operating life.
