1. There is leakage in the dust filter.

Due to the air leakage of the dust collector, a large amount of cold air from the outside is sucked into the dust remover, so that the local air temperature of the dust remover drops sharply, and the water in the air is analyzed, thereby causing condensation.

2. The moisture content in the flue gas is too high.

When the moisture content of the treated flue gas is too high and supersaturated water is precipitated, dew condensation occurs. This phenomenon is particularly prominent in the kiln dust collector of the cement dry normal line. Because the flue gas at the end of the cement dry normal kiln is generally cooled and tempered by a humidification tower, when the amount of water sprayed is too large, it causes smoke in the flue gas. Condensation occurs when moisture is supersaturated.

3. Flue gas temperature is too low.

Condensation also occurs when the temperature of the flue gas treated by the precipitator itself approaches or falls below the dew point temperature.

4. The temperature of  pulse blowing gas is too low.

When the temperature of the compressed air is not much different from the temperature of the flue gas inside the precipitator, condensation does not generally occur. However, in winter, especially when the temperature in winter in northern China is usually below minus ten or several tens of degrees, the compressed air injected by the pulse is too different from the temperature of the flue gas inside the dust collector. When the compressed air is injected into the filter bag at a moment, the temperature also drops drastically. Usually, the high-speed airflow of the condensed water mist is sprayed in a white mist, and the temperature within a certain distance below the nozzle is low, forming a low temperature zone. Since the compressed air in the nozzle is saturated air, the temperature drop after the gas is ejected causes the water in the area to be analyzed and cause condensation. At this time, the condensation is mainly concentrated on the surface of the filter bag to be sprayed, and the dust adhering to the surface of the filter bag is adhered by absorbing the moisture deposited by the condensation, thereby blocking the pores of the filter bag, and the dust remover cannot work normally.

5. The dust collector housing has no insulation measures or is not effective.

The shell of the precipitator is a steel plate structure, and the thermal conductivity of the steel plate is large. When the temperature of the outside air forms a large temperature difference with the temperature of the flue gas inside the precipitator, dew condensation occurs in the casing of the precipitator. If the housing of the precipitator does not adopt thermal insulation measures, or if thermal insulation measures are taken, but the effect is not good, the dew condensation phenomenon of the precipitator is unavoidable.
