Polyester air slide fabric is a common industrial conveyor belt commonly used to transport various types of materials and products. It is made of polyester fiber, which has properties such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength and good stability, so it is very suitable for making conveyor belts.

Air slide Fabrics are air permeable fabrics used in air activated conveyors or bin/silo aerators for the conveyance of dry bulk powders. It is also be called air slide belt, air slide cloth, air slide canvas, air slide membrane. Polyester conveyor belts can be used in a variety of harsh environmental conditions, including high temperatures, moisture and chemically corrosive environments. Because the polyester conveyor belt material has a low friction coefficient and good wear resistance, it is suitable for conveying large quantities of materials at high speeds.

Our fabrics can be used at temperatures between -60°C and +150°C. The airslide fabrics are made from polyester yarns. We are also, however, able to weave fabrics to our customers’ specific demands for air permeability and mechanical strength.

Air Slide System

Air slide fabrics use gravity to do most of the work without any moving parts, by tilting the air conveyor to flow the powder material, which flows through the porous media under the influence of low-pressure air. Air slide systems provide high-volume material handling with extremely low energy requirements because only small amounts of low-pressure air are required to move the material.
