1.Sintered multi-layered woven filter mesh composites
This class of filtration media is sintered under high temperature with our unique process, so that the wires are well-bonded at every point of contact to ensure excellent mechanical strength, pore stability, and accurate filtration during services. This product especially suitable for fine filtration of high temperature, high pressure and viscous fluids.
Features of sintered multi-layered woven filter mesh composites:
Filtration resistance is extremely low due to surface filtration; Cleanable and reusable with routine cleaning methods; Lower flow resistance and significantly higher permeability; Superior corrosion and abrasion resistance.
Standard size of sintered multi-layered woven filter mesh composites:

Note: standard 6-layered sintered woven filter mesh composite is produced by adding a layer of 12*12 filter mesh to standard 5-layered sintered woven filter mesh composite.
Applications:
Sintered multi-layered woven filter mesh composites have been extensively used in petrochemical, chemical, nuclear, food, pharmaceutical, airspace and environmental industries, as well as in polymer filtration, viscose filtration, water and gas filtration.
2. Sintered filter mesh and perforated plate laminates
The filter mesh and perforated plate laminates are produced by sintering multi-layer filter mesh and perforated plate together. As a result, the laminates not only can perform filtration, but also provide excellent mechanical support. This class of filtration media can be worked mechanically, deformed, or welded.
