The sludge of the plate and frame filter press is theoretically impossible to dry, and can only be understood as the end of the feeding process, judging from the following points:
- The feed pressure has reached the upper limit of the set feed pressure.
- The amount of liquid discharged from the filter plate is significantly reduced, and the water outlet is no longer discharged.
If you want to further reduce the water content of the filter cake. There are two ways to do this:
- Increase the feed pressure (provided the hydraulic cylinder pressure is sufficient).
- Compress the air, take the air to take away the moisture (need to configure the air compressor, the feed pump uses the diaphragm pump).
