The HPM-AS asymmetric structure metal filter membrane produced by FILMEDIA is coated with one or more layers of metal mesh membrane with a decreasing pore diameter on the metal support to form a gradient structure of the multilayer metal membrane filter material.
The asymmetric structure of the metal filter membrane uses a surface filtration mechanism. It is characterized by a relatively thin pore size filter control layer on one side of the feed end and a larger diameter support body on the other side. The filter membrane of this structure has a small flow resistance, is easy to backflush backwash, is not easily clogged, and has a long service time. The flow rate under the same pressure difference is significantly increased compared to the conventional filter membrane.
