- Replace the aging filter bag. Depending on different working environment, there may be a peroxidation reaction in the filter bag that causes the structure to age. Generally, due to the high temperature, the filter bag is hardened and shrunk, and the structure is brittle. It may also be corrosive in an acid-base environment for a long time, resulting in destruction of the fiber mechanism, reducing filtration accuracy and efficiency. In this regard, we should replace the aging filter bag in time, the physical structure flexibility of the aging filter bag has been lost, and it is easy to cause damage under pressure, thereby destroying the filtering operation and reducing the filtration efficiency.
- The inside of the filter bag is clogged. After the filtration operation of the last time, the filter bag is prone to dust, especially the air filter bag. Whether it is filtering dust or non-working dust accumulation, it will block the filter bag holes. At this time, the resistance of the medium will increase sharply, which may cause the filter bag to be torn or contaminated to overflow the filter bag under pressure, resulting in ineffective filtration and pollution. In this regard, we need to check the dust inside the filter bag in time, and often replace the cleaning filter bag. And to maintain the relaxation force of the filter bag during the installation process, to avoid over-tightening or too loose. For the cleaned filter bag, check for damage, make appropriate repairs, extend service life and increase filtration efficiency.
