Pulse jet filter bags are made of high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant filter materials, which can effectively capture particles in the air and purify the gas being processed.
It is usually made of the following materials:
- Polyester material.
- PTFE membrane treatment.
- 100% PTFE material.
- PPS material.
- P84 material.
- Aramid material.
- Fiberglass material.
- Polypropylene material.
Description
Pulse jet bag filters are a common type of industrial dust collection equipment used to capture and filter airborne particles. It consists of one or more filter bags, each of which is mounted on a bracket and connected to a dust collector or dust collection system. These filter bags are usually made of fine filter material that can effectively capture particles of various sizes. This type of filter is usually used in industrial environments that require efficient dust collection, such as steel plants, cement plants, chemical plants, etc.
Working Principle
The working principle of pulse jet bag filter is to remove dust through pulse jet technology. When a certain amount of particulate matter accumulates on the surface of the filter bag, the injection system releases a burst of compressed air or gas to remove the particulate matter from the surface. This cleaning process is carried out along the length of or around the filter bag via a spray device to ensure complete removal.
Pulse Jet Filter Bags by Temperature
- Room Temperature Filter Bags
The room temperature bag is mainly made of polyester, polypropylene, acrylic and other fibers through non-woven and textile technology. It has good air permeability, smooth surface, good dimensional stability, easy to peel off dust and other excellent performance. It is mainly used in dust removal and normal temperature flue gas treatment in industries where dust pollution occurs in general industrial enterprises.
- Medium-temperature Filter Bags
At present, the common medium-temperature filter material is aramid fiber, PPS series fiber through the immersion, waterproof, anti-oil, anti-corrosion process, so as to achieve the desired effect.
- High-temperature Filter Bags
High-temperature cloth bags are mainly made of high-strength fibers such as P84, expanded glass fiber and ultra-fine glass fiber, which are processed through spinning and non-woven processes. They are characterized by good thermal stability, high filtration efficiency and long service life. Mainly used in dust collectors under various high-temperature flue gas conditions.
