When backflushing, the differential pressure transmitter sends a signal, and the cylinder is actuated by the electric controller and the control solenoid valve, and the valve plate of the switching valve is reversed for back-blowing and cleaning until the resistance of each chamber reaches the rated value. The lower limit of the cleaning process ends.
When the dust collector is working, when the resistance reaches 180-200mmH2o, it is cleaned to ensure the normal operation of the dust collector.
The dust-laden gas enters the tank through the inlet short pipe on the ash hopper. Because the inlet is provided with an airflow buffer device, the coarse dust in the dusty airflow is settled by impact, and the remaining dusty airflow enters the upper tank through the flower plate, and is filtered through the filter bag to become a clean gas. The dust is left in the filter bag, and after falling back into the ash hopper, it is discharged by the screw ash conveyor, and the clean gas is discharged from the air outlet of each chamber.
