According to whether the filter cake needs to be rinsed, the plate frame can be divided into two types: rinse type and pressure dry type. Our filter press adopts two-way synchronous washing. When washing is needed, the outlet valve of the rinsing plate is closed, and at the same time, the pressure valve of the pressure plate is opened. The rinsing water under a certain pressure acts on the filter plate in the rinsing plate sink, through the filter cake. , In the filter cloth to reach the pressure dry plate sink, sink into the discharge valve outside the machine. In this way, after the cycle rinsing, the remaining filtrate in the filter cake is fully brought out of the machine by the rinse water, achieving the rinsing effect.
