The quality of the line needs to be checked on the selection of the location, favorable terrain, and the choice of materials. In practice, the enhancement of device management is also very important. The small frame of the device must be ripped and welded, and the dust frame must be corrected one by one, so that the frame is not deformed. The dissatisfaction should be controlled within the limits of the norm. When positioning, compare the force balance between adjacent lines. It is advisable to break the wire during spot welding, and it is not advisable to weld the wire to the small frame. Experience indicates that there is less chance of wire breakage when the dust removal frame nut is not welded than if it is welded, so it must be remembered when installing. For example, a cement plant has paid attention to the installation and management of the corona wire, so that the tail electrostatic precipitator has used the angle steel barbed wire for two years without disconnection, and the dust removal equipment has always been safe and operating.
