2. Teflon
The filter bag made of 100% polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) has excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance, and its physical properties remain unchanged at room temperature. Teflon has great advantages in its complex flue gas treatment conditions such as the strong acid and alkali industry due to its excellent properties.

3. PPS (RYTON)
PPS (RYTON) has been invented since 1979. After rapid growth, it has occupied an extremely important position in the world filter media market. (1) Characteristics of PPS (RYTON) filter media
Physical properties: The fiber has good strength, deformation, expansion coefficient and elasticity, the shrinkage rate is smaller (less than 5%) at high temperature, the stability is high, the melting point is very high (450°F, 232°C), PPS Fibers maintain good strength in high-temperature flue gas and maintain standard strength at 180°C.
– Heat resistance: The PPS fiber (FIBER) was tested under standard conditions after 1000 hours at a temperature of 180°C, and still maintained over 60% of the initial strength. The maximum allowable temperature for the product is as follows:
Continuous operating temperature 150°C, instantaneous temperature less than 180°C
– Chemical resistance: PPS fiber has excellent chemical resistance and high acid and alkali resistance. It is also highly resistant to hydrolysis by acid condensation.

(2) Application area
The operating temperature is maintained at 150-160°C, and the instantaneous temperature is lower than 190°C. The moisture content in the flue gas (GAS) is below 10%, the SO2 (sulfur) content is below 300 mg, and the flue gas oxygen content is 6% to 10%.
4. NOMEX
NOMEX has excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance and stability and is widely used in the manufacture of industrial flue gas dust filter bags, heat-resistant suits for complete sets of equipment, filters for suppression purposes, interior materials for spacecraft, etc., with the following characteristic
(1) Characteristics of NOMEX filter media
Physical properties: NOMEX has better wear resistance than P P, P E and Acrylic.
Heat-resistant properties: Nomex is used at high temperatures above 204°C, and thermal shrinkage occurs even in a short period of time. If the oxygen content in the smoke is too high, the application temperature range needs to be lower. The moisture content in the flue gas must be controlled at 5 to 20%. The strength of NOMEX fiber at high temperature is difficult to maintain. The temperature of flue gas will cause the change of fiber strength. Therefore, under the general conditions, the maximum continuous use temperature of Nomex bag is 210°C, and it should be cooled when it is above 240°C.
– Other: Excellent resistance to various types of fumes (GAS). After standing at 240°C in dry air for 1,000 days at room temperature, it can maintain 65% or more of strength before standing.

5. Polyester (PE)
Polyester is the most widely used filter in room temperature flue gas filtration
