The water-repellent and oil-repellent filter bag is formed by padding, pre-bake, and baking treatment with a hydrophobic agent and an oleophobic agent. The hydrophobic agent and oleophobic agent are rapidly dried and then attached to the surface of the filter fiber in a net shape, thereby reducing the surface tension of water and oil and the filter bag, so that the wet filter medium formed by water, oil and dust is not It will adhere to the surface of the filter bag, thus avoiding the paste bag phenomenon. The

Water-repellent and oil-repellent filter bags are usually used when the temperature of the dust collector box is lower than the dew point temperature and the humidity of the dust-containing gas is relatively high. Under normal conditions, if the acidity of the dust-containing gas is small, the dew point temperature is 40-60°C. If the acidity is large, the dew point temperature may be as high as 120°C. The

The production process of water-repellent and oil-repellent filter bag is as follows: fiber opening-carding-paving netting-pre-thorn-primary thorn-felting-singeing-calendering-impregnated PTFE (water repellent)– Drying – stereotypes – rolling – coils.

The filter bag of the filter cloth treated with waterproof and oil-repellent treatment is used in the occasion with larger moisture content. Compared with the ordinary filter bag, because the filter material is not easy to block the paste bag, the service life of the dust filter bag is prolonged and the cleaning cycle can be extended. The gas flow is also increased, which can save a lot of energy and maintenance costs.

The water-repellent and oil-repellent bag filter should be equipped with special operations and maintenance, and should be well documented. The management personnel should fully understand the principle, performance, structure, and service conditions of the bag filter, find problems and deal with them in time to ensure the normal operation of the production system.

1. The control valve shall be inspected by a person in charge, and the electromagnetic valve and the pulse valve shall be inspected, repaired and replaced on a regular basis. Repair seals on the manhole door, if damaged or aging, should be promptly replaced.
2. The mechanical moving parts, such as the reducer and the ash transporter, should be filled with oil and changed oil according to regulations. In particular, the piston of the cylinder must not be short of oil. It must be regularly refueled into the oil cup and abnormalities should be promptly eliminated. The port is dusty, indicating that the filter bag has been damaged. During the inspection, the high temperature fan and the exhaust fan are stopped, and the dust collector cover is opened. If dust is found at the filter bag mouth, the filter bag has been damaged and must be replaced.
3, the air filter of the compressed air system should be regularly drained, the drainage valve at the lowest point of the air bag should be regularly drained, and there must be regular drainage of the gas tank.
4. When the process system is stopped during shutdown, the dust collector and exhaust fan shall be maintained for a period of time to remove the moisture and dust in the equipment. It must be noted that, when the dust collector stops working, the dust collector must be repeatedly cleaned (manual cleaning can be used) to remove dust from the filter bag to prevent moisture and paste bags.
5. When the dust collector is in normal operation, the ash discharge device cannot stop working, otherwise the dust in the ash hopper overflows into the bag room, forcing the dust collector to stop.
