The ageing of the filter bag is mainly caused by the following reasons:

3, react with moisture in dusty gas.
4, the filter cloth should not be hung too loose or too tight, too loose and easy to dust, too tight and easy to pull bad.
5, the new process of old bags should not be mixed, to avoid damage to the time of frequent replacement of maintenance and affect the normal operation of dust removal equipment.
6. Replace the bag, use compressed air to blow clean, check for holes, and repair the damaged bags. If the bag is covered with dust, rinse it with water, and leave it to dry after drying. Of course, this is not recommended for repeated use.
