Types of filter cloth
1. Polypropylene filter cloth. Polypropylene filter cloth has the characteristics of polypropylene, and can be used in working conditions such as strong acid and alkali resistance, strong acid and strong alkali, but cannot be operated in high temperature environments. Polypropylene filter cloth cannot guarantee the strength of the filter effect at high temperatures;
2. Polyester filter cloth. Polyester filter cloth has the characteristics of polyester material. It cannot be used under strong acid and strong alkali conditions, and it can be operated under high temperature conditions;
3. Needle punched non-woven fabric. High strength and stable operation on the machine, not prone to stretching and deformation;
4. Monofilament filter cloth. The monofilament filter cloth has high strength and stable operation on the machine, and it is widely used in vertical filter presses.
Filter press filter cloth can be distinguished according to the above specifications. There are several common vertical filter press filter cloths, of course, there are also multi-monofilament, multi-filament and other filter cloths.
