(1)Requirements for forming the tube yarn: the winding is tight, the level is clear, and the entanglement is not entangled at high speed. The forming of the tube yarn requires tight winding, clear layers, and no entanglement, which is conducive to high-speed unwinding of the subsequent process. The package size or capacity of the tube yarn should be increased as much as possible to reduce the size of the shuttle.

The number of tubes exchanged during the unwinding of the doffing and the subsequent processes improves equipment utilization and labor productivity.

(2)Winding method of spun yarn: conical cross winding.

(3)The winding process of the spun yarn

①The steel collar plate is lifted once in a short stroke and two layers are wound around the yarn.

②When the steel collar is raised, the winding yarn is called the winding layer; when the steel collar is lowered, the winding is called the binding layer.

③The steel collar plate rises a certain distance after each lifting, which is called the grade rise of the steel collar plate.

④The forming part of the bottom of the tube, the winding height and the step-up of each layer of yarn are gradually increased; after the end of the tube forming, the winding height and the level of each layer are increased to a constant.

⑤The forming angle of the tube yarn is γ/2=12.5-140.

⑥The movement requirements of the steel collar, the winding equation of the spinning frame, the winding speed, and the lifting speed.
