The fabric is composed of a cotton fabric with a twill and a 45° left oblique. The front twill pattern is obvious, and the reverse side of the variegated twill is not obvious. The warp and weft counts are close to each other, and the density is slightly higher than the weft density, and the hand feels softer than the khaki. It is divided into two types: thick twill and fine twill. The coarse twill is made of cotton yarn of 32 or more (18 inches or less) as warp and weft; the fine twill is made of cotton yarn of 18 or less (32 inches or more) as warp and weft. Twill has white, bleaching and mottled colors, and is often used as a uniform, sportswear, sneakers, emery cloth and spacers. Wide-width bleached twill can be used as a sheet and can be used as a bed sheet after printing. The color and variegated fine twill fabrics are polished by electro-optical or calendering, and can be used as umbrellas and garment clips.
