Kitchen fume contains many substances that are seriously harmful to the human body, which increases the risk of lung cancer. Kitchen fire smoke is also one of the main air pollution, the gas is acidic, it is easy to form acid when it meets water, it will pollute the water flow and soil and corrode the building.

A. soot
- Filtration adsorption fume purification: Use organic polymer composite fabric or felt with high oil absorption performance, inorganic filter material (hydrophobic perlite, ceramsite, coke, etc. used alone or in combination). The filter material can be placed in a direction perpendicular or parallel to the flow direction of the flue gas, and the purification efficiency needs to be more than 80%.
- Electrostatic fume purification: Electrostatic deposition method is to introduce oil fume into high-voltage electric field, so that the particulate matter in the soot and fire smoke is charged, and moves to the dust collecting pole under the action of electric field force and deposits. The purification efficiency is usually over 85% and the pressure drop is small.
- Low-temperature plasma method: The principle is to use a high-voltage electrostatic method to set a plasma field at the front end of the electrostatic field, and use a large amount of free radicals excited by its high energy to degrade the soot particles to reduce the viscosity. In the plasma generation process, the instantaneous high energy generated by the high-frequency discharge can open the chemical bonds of some harmful gases and decompose them into elemental atoms or harmless molecules. The technology is the most advanced soot and fire smoke treatment technology on the market, with high removal rate (90% or less). The treated gas has no odor and is easy to maintain, but the equipment investment is high.
B. Fire smoke
The swirling plate is used for washing and spraying, and a swirling plate type spray tower is used. The gas moves at a high speed from bottom to top within the column, in contact with the washing liquid which is ejected from the top to the bottom. Since the multi-layer swirl plate is arranged in the tower, it can increase the gas-liquid contact area and the contact time, so that the exhaust gas and the water are in full contact between the inside and the surface of the tower. The carbon black, the pollutant in the exhaust gas, is fully adsorbed by water during the process of contact with the spray water to be purified. The gaseous pollutants such as NOx and SO2 in the exhaust gas make the spray water alkaline by adding a certain proportion of NaOH in the spray water. During the spraying process, when the water is in contact with the gas, a chemical reaction occurs to cause gaseous pollution such as NOx and SO2. The substance is neutralized to achieve a good treatment effect.
