Treatment method for smoke from single bag dust collector

  1. In the inspection of the dust collector, pay attention to the welding quality of the cell plate or other insulation board.
  2. Set the cleaning cycle and pressure in a proper level.
  3. Installation of dust bag should be standardized. During routine maintenance, the bag opening should be checked one by one, and the gap should be tightly sealed.
  4. When most of the dust filter bags are damaged, they should be replaced completely. After the filter material is used for a long time, the fine dust accumulated in the filter layer will reduce the gas permeability, and when the system air volume is affected, it should be replaced if it is not damaged.
