The purification efficiency of non-methane total hydrocarbons was >95%, and the dioxin emissions met the requirements of GB18485-2001. The sample mean is lower than the EU 2000/76/EC waste incineration standard.
The project investment is mainly for equipment investment and installation of new centrifugal fan, defogger, conveying pipeline and safety control system. The investment cost of the project is about 6 million yuan, of which the investment in pipeline system is about 4 million yuan.
The system operation is mainly the cost of electricity generated by the centrifugal blower. The exhaust gas volume is 50000m3/h, the power consumption is 2.64×10-3kW ̇h/m3, and the electricity price is 0.7 yuan/(kW ̇h), that is, the treatment of 1m3 of exhaust gas. The cost is only 0.0018 yuan.
