The bag-type dust removal is to filter the dust with certain particles in the flue gas through the inherent filtration of the filter bag and the dust layer attached to the surface of the filter bag. The clean flue gas filtered by the filter bag and the dust layer is discharged through the exhaust port, and the ash on the surface of the filter bag can be removed by different cleaning methods. As we all know, the pulse jet bag dust collector mainly uses compressed air in the pressure airbag as the cleaning power, so that a pulse airflow is formed when the pulse valve starts, and the pulse shakes from the top of the filter bag to the bottom of the bag in the reverse direction. The purpose is to shake the sticky dust on the outside of the filter bag into the dust hopper of the dust collector through pulse shaking.
When the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter bag reaches the set value, the automatic control system sends a signal, the pulse valve opens quickly, the compressed air is released in an instant, and is injected into the filter bag through the pulse valve and the injection pipe. Experiments have shown that the injection of the pulse valve Large air volume does not mean that the performance of the pulse valve is superior. Prolonging the blowing time does not have any effect on the acceleration of the filter cloth during blowing. It is not conducive to improving the cleaning effect. The response speed of the pulse valve is an important technical indicator. Due to the different response speeds of pulse valves produced by different manufacturers, the difference in the amount of blown air is also very large. A pulse valve with a slow response speed not only consumes more compressed air but because of the slower rise of the reverse pressure inside the filter bag during blowing, it also affects the acceleration of the filter bag, that is, the dust removal effect.
