Acupuncture felts are: polishing, filtering, sealing, gasketing, insulation, shockproof, damping, oil protection, insulation, heat insulation and so on. Acupuncture felt products are widely used in: machinery, military, metallurgy, mining, forestry, textile, electrical and mechanical, communications, instrumentation, transportation, aviation, boat parking, machinery, electronics, home appliances, electrical and mechanical, hardware, furniture, rubber and other industries Surface treatment of the product.
Needle felt production process:
Fiber opening
According to the requirements of the process, the fiber raw materials of various ingredients are weighed according to the ratio. First, preliminary loosening is performed to open large fiber clusters, and the fibers of the various components in the raw materials are evenly mixed, and then loosened and loosened to further release the fibers and mix the fiber components. This process is to be fully opened. Mix evenly and try to avoid fiber damage.
2. Fiber combing
After the fiber is opened and fully mixed, it enters the air pressure tank and is ready to be fed into the carding machine. After entering the carding machine, the fiber is combed through the gaining action between the stripping roller and the cylinder, and finally it is transferred by the doffer to form a fiber net. The carded web at this time is a thin, single screen.
3. Laying the web into the lapping machine, the laminating trolley is driven by a toothed belt, and the single fiber web output by the carding machine is cross-folded to make it become a multi-layer web with the required width and unit weight. For use in the next process.
4. Acupuncture and compaction The web enters the needle machine. There are a large number of needles with hooks in the needle machine, and the web is repeatedly punctured. After repeated laying, the fiber web is very fluffy when fed into the needle machine, but its thickness is considerable, but its strength is poor. When the needle is repeatedly punctured on the web, the fiber is displaced up and down, resulting in extrusion, so that the fibers in the web are closed together. compression. The friction between fibers increases and the strength increases to form a nonwoven with a certain strong density.
5. Post-processing According to different process requirements, different post-treatments are performed on the needle felt, and the processing methods are as follows:
(1) Calendering. The hot rolling of the calender can make the surface of the nonwoven material smooth, flat and uniform in thickness. The main purpose of calendering is to increase the smoothness and flatness of the nonwoven material and increase the tightness of the material.
(2) Singeing. Singeing is mainly applied to non-woven materials that are filtered by dust or dry materials, and burn out the protruding hairiness on the surface to make it smooth.
(3) Emulsion impregnation. The prepared needle felt is immersed in a chemical agent to improve the properties of the needle felt filter material such as high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and oxidation resistance.
(4) high temperature setting. Needle felt filter material enters the tenter oven to achieve high temperature shaping of the filter material. Good shaping effect of the filter material in use, deformation, high dimensional stability of the filter material, long service life.
(5) film. The obtained needle felt filter material is covered with a PTFE film of a laminating machine, and the filter material after the film coating has a surface filtration effect, and the filtration accuracy is improved, so that finer dust particles can be filtered. Anti-corrosion and high temperature performance.
