- Poor pulse gas source
(1) Air supply of low-pressure air. If the pulse valve task request cannot be satisfied, the dust can not be cleaned normally, which causes the dust collector to “bag”.
(2) Low-pressure wind pressure. At the moment of filter bag cleaning, as long as the pressure inside the filter bag is greater than the external pressure of the filter bag (negative pressure in the dust collector) 3 to 5 times, the pressure makes the filter bag normally clean.
(3) Low-pressure air must be dry and clean. The low-pressure wind provided by individual air compressors contains a lot of water and oil stains. If the water is not discharged in time, the water content will be blown into the filter bag with the low-pressure wind, which will inevitably form a thick “porridge” dust on the surface of the filter bag. Layer, thereby incurring scrapped filter bags. In addition, if the compressed air contains more oil and water, it is easy to form water accumulation in the cylinder, air leakage from the pulse valve, the overpressure of the pneumatic triplet, and the cylinder solenoid valve not performing tasks.
