The main characteristics of fiberglass filter material

 

  1. Good heat resistance, fiberglass filter material can withstand high temperature, it can be used for a long time below 260℃, and the instantaneous temperature can reach 280℃.
  2. Good dimensional stability, no deformation during use, and stable air permeability and filtration resistance at high temperatures.
  3. Good chemical resistance, except hydrofluoric acid, strong acid and strong alkali, it is very stable to other media.
  4. It has good peelability to dust, easy to clean dust, and low energy consumption.
  5. Low water absorption rate, after surface treatment, it can be regarded as non-absorbent and non-moisture.
  6. High filtration efficiency, up to 99.5% or more.
  7. The bending resistance and abrasion resistance are poor, and surface treatment is needed to solve it.
