The filter bag of the dust collector is the main component of the bag filter, and the dust-containing gas is purified through the filter of the bag. The resistance of the filter bag of the precipitator occupies a considerable proportion in the resistance of the precipitator, sometimes up to 75%. Therefore, the performance of the bag filter depends to a large extent on the performance of the filter bag. The performance of the filter bag of the dust collector mainly refers to the filtration efficiency, air permeability and strength. These are related to the material and structure of the filter bag. According to the characteristics of the bag filter and the nature of the dust, the requirements for the filter bag of the filter bag are: the dust holding capacity is large; after the dust is removed, a certain amount of dust is maintained on the filter bag to ensure high efficiency; the air permeability is good; Low filtration resistance; anti-wrinkle, abrasion resistance, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life; small moisture absorption, easy removal of adsorbed dust; low cost. Some of these requirements depend on the physicochemical properties of the fiber and some depend on the structure of the filter media.

Filter filter bag type:
The type of filter material used in the filter bag used in bag filter is more, for example, natural fiber, synthetic fiber, ceramic fiber, carbon fiber, metal fiber, charged fiber, composite fiber, inorganic fiber and so on. The commonly used filters for filter bags are natural, synthetic and inorganic fibers. Natural fibers are used at low ambient temperature and corrosive conditions; synthetic fibers are used at higher temperatures and corrosive conditions; inorganic fibers are used at temperatures of 250°C.

1. Natural fiber filter dust collector filter bag
Natural fiber filters include cotton weaving, woolen weaving, cotton wool blending, and tussah silk. Woollen fabrics are usually woven into wool. Hair fibers are finer than cotton fibers and can generally be made into flannel. It has good air permeability, low resistance, large dust holding capacity, high filtration efficiency, easy removal of dust, and good acid and alkali resistance. The disadvantage is that the operating temperature must not exceed 90°C.

2. Inorganic fiber filter dust collector filter bag
Inorganic fiber filter mainly refers to glass fiber filter. The filter material has the advantages of good filtering performance, low resistance, good chemical stability, high temperature resistance, no moisture absorption, and low price. The disadvantage is that the dust removal efficiency is lower than natural, synthetic fiber filters.

Because the fiberglass filter bag has poor anti-folding performance and is not wear-resistant, it breaks easily when it is repeatedly cleaned. Therefore, it is easy to break and fail when using mechanical vibration cleaning. In order to improve the performance, three methods of treatment such as aromatic silicone, polytetrafluoroethylene and graphite can be used. Among them, the better ratio of graphite and polytetrafluoroethylene can improve the mechanical properties, abrasion resistance, hydrophobicity, acid resistance and softness of the glass fiber filter bag, and extend the service life.

3. Synthetic fiber filter dust filter bag
With the rapid development of petroleum and textile industries, the development of synthetic fiber filters is also fast, and it may replace natural fiber filters. Synthetic fibers include polyamide, aramid, polyester, polyester, polypropylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polytetrafluoroethylene, and the like. Among them, aromatic polyamide and polytetrafluoroethylene can withstand temperature 200-250 °C, polyester can withstand temperature 130 °C.
