The structural design of the bag filter is that the top cap and the filter cartridge are sealed and sealed by four rocker ring bolts, so that the filter becomes more resistant to its extremely high filtration pressure and water hammer pressure impact. The bag filter is mainly composed of a filter bag, a filter basket, and a filter cartridge during the production process.
The structure of the bag filter is compact and simple. The liquid to be filtered enters through the inlet of the filter, flows into the filter bag, and passes through the outlet of the filter after being intercepted by the filter bag. The bag filter inlet and outlet design generally adopts the side-in bottom-out mode to facilitate cleaning.
The bag filter becomes very quick and easy when replacing the filter bag. In the first step, the inlet valve is closed first, and then the exhaust valve is opened effectively so that the pressure drop in the filter can be reduced. At atmospheric pressure, open the four sets of head bolts on the top cover and open the top cover.
The bag filter needs to effectively open the retaining ring that holds the filter bag, puts forward the blocked filter bag and replaces it with a new filter bag. In the fourth step, close the top cover, tighten the four sets of ring bolts, and open the water inlet valve. Wait for the exhaust valve to close when the liquid flows out of the vent valve. The total process is usually completed in about 10-15 minutes.
Bag filters will be based on the different conditions of use, if the process requires the need to maintain the flow of the filter is not low half of the maximum flow, the filter should be replaced when the pressure difference reaches 1 kg. The service life of the filter bag is determined by the turbidity of the raw water, the filtration time, the filtered flow rate, and the filter area of the filter bag.
