The medium enters from the inlet and passes through the high-efficiency filter cartridge from the outside to the inside, and the clean gas is discharged from the outlet. Dust and particles are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element to form a filter cake. As the filter cake thickness increases, the pressure difference in the filter gradually increases, the pressure difference or time reaches the set point, and the equipment begins to blow back. The pulse control instrument controls the electromagnetic pulse valve to open instantaneously. The compressed gas in the compressed gas buffer tank injects pulse gas from the injection hole in the blowback tube. When the gas passes through the venturi, the gas is injected into the high efficiency filter cartridge along with the surrounding gas several times to make the filter cartridge. Ash removal. Ash removal is carried out row by row, without affecting the normal filtration of other filter cartridges, and filters are cleaned online.
