Commonly used cleaning methods for bag filters include anti-blowing, vibration and pulse cleaning methods. Anti-blowing and vibration cleaning methods have low energy consumption, but the general filtration speed is also about half lower than the pulse cleaning method, which results in a large floor space and an increase in initial investment costs.
In the collection efficiency of dust, the difference between the two is not large. This is because the dust layer on the filter material is not easily “over-cleaned”, and the problem that often occurs in waste incineration is that if the cleaning is not good, resistance will be increased.
It is better to use compartment structure of the baghouse on the waste incinerator.
In this way, maintenance can be carried out without affecting the operation of the incinerator. Moreover, the three-state cleaning method can be used after the compartment to improve the cleaning effect.
When using a pulse bag type dust collector, we generally use a blowing pressure of 4.5 to 6.5 kg/cm2.
