The inert resin is completely hydrophobic, and the smooth surface will not only not adhere to dust, but also the dust that is produced by the adhesion will be greatly reduced for the dust with higher moisture content. It is also useful for special treatment of powder coating on the surface of the filter bag to form a very thin filter cake on the surface so that the porosity is relatively uniform and small. The same purpose can also be achieved by special processes such as calendering or sintering on the surface of the filter cloth. Three anti-oil (oil, water, anti-static) filter cloths are widely used in the dust removal industry of building materials companies. In short, when selecting dust bag materials, it is best to refer to relevant information or consult professional manufacturers and experts. Nowadays, there are many filter bag manufacturers, and the varieties vary greatly, and the price difference is also large. When selecting the filter bag, comprehensive consideration should be given to the price, service life, and physical properties of the processed material. Especially when the dust collector is purchased, it is not possible to simply consider the price, but must also consider its configuration and materials. Some filter bags are effective for handling certain dusts, but may not be optimal for other dusts. The filter cloth structure can be felted or woven. Most felt products absorb moisture due to the capillary action of the fibers, but some special felt products such as glass fiber knit felt can be moisture-proof to a certain extent. Felt products have irregular arrangement of fibers and uniform pores. At the same time, in order to ensure its strength, the thickness of the filter bag is relatively thick and the dust removal efficiency is high. In some important occasions or encountered dusty material, especially the filter bag with a higher surface air velocity is often used Felt fiber. Woven fabrics are woven from spinning. There are various patterns of pores in the spinning room, the surface is smooth, and it is easy to design a filter cloth that can keep or break away from the filter cake. In order to further improve the surface properties, silicone resin can be sprayed to obtain a wear-resistant surface, improve filter cake removal from the filter bag, or reduce the moisture absorption capacity of the filter bag. At present, there are no available theoretical calculation formulas to calculate the filtration rate, which is mainly determined by experience. However, qualitatively speaking, it is related to the nature of dust, gas dust concentration, filter bag material and cleaning methods. Generally, if the dust concentration is high and the dust particles are small, the filtration speed should be taken as a small value and vice versa.
