In the process of manufacturing the filter cartridge dust collector, its structure is composed of an air inlet pipe, an exhaust pipe, a dust removal device, an air flow distribution distribution plate, a flow guide device, a filter cartridge and an electric control device, similar to the air bag pulse bag dust removal. The arrangement of the structure and cartridge filter is also very important. It can be arranged vertically on the panel of the box or inclined on the panel when used. From the cleaning effect, the vertical layout is reasonable.

The filter dust collector will effectively close its electromagnetic pulse after cleaning, and effectively lift the valve when it is in use, so that the chamber will be restored to the filtering state. Ash removal is performed in each chamber in turn, starting from the first chamber of ash cleaning and the next cleaning of ash is a cleaning period. The falling dust falls into the hopper through the ash valve.

The bottom of the filter plate of the filter cartridge filter is a filter chamber, and the upper part is a gas box pulse chamber. When used, the inlet of the device will be equipped with an air distribution plate. The resistance of the filter cartridge dust collector increases as the thickness of the dust layer on the filter surface increases. When the resistance reaches a certain value, it is cleaned. At this point, the PLC program controls the opening and closing of the pulse valve. First, the lift valve of a sub chamber is closed, the flow of the filtered air is cut off, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened. The compressed air and the short time are rapidly expanded in the upper box body and flow into the filter cartridge to make the filter cartridge. The expansion deformation generates vibration, and the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the ash bucket under the influence of the reversed flow scouring.

Cartridge-type dust collectors must periodically replace and clean the filter cartridges in such a process, so as to effectively ensure the filtering effect and accuracy, mainly because the dust during the filtration process is not only blocked, but also performed. When used, there are some parts that will be deposited on the filter. This will increase the resistance, so the normal correct replacement time is three to five months.

The air flow distribution of the filter cartridge dust collector is very important. When using it, we must consider how to avoid the high wear area of the filter material caused by the high wind speed at the inlet of the equipment. The airflow distribution plate is used for filter cartridge dust collectors. Unique requirements, air distribution must be very stable and uniform. It is beneficial to the rise of air flow and the reduction of dust. The opening rate of the air distribution plate is 35%.
