1. Bag filter
  • When the cell plate of the bag filter is leak-welded, there are gaps, welds, etc., and high-concentration dust enters the air passage through the leak point, causing the outlet to be ash.In the inspection of the dust collector, it is necessary to pay attention to the welding quality of the cell plate or other insulation board to completely separate the two air chambers.
  • When setting the cleaning cycle and pressure of the bag filter, the setting period should be as long as possible air pressure ensure the initial dust layer not to be blown off,The set cleaning air pressure should ensure the initial dust layer not to be blown off, the cleaning time as short as possible, while ensuring that the bag filter can stably complete the cleaning indicator work.

2. Filter bag

  • If the newly installed bag has a large pore size, the initial dust layer is not fully established at the beginning of use, so the optimal filtration state is not achieved, and it is preferable to carry out the value test after continuous use for one month.
  • If the installation of the dust bag is not standardized, the spring ring is deformed, or the size of the mouth of the dust bag is too small to be completely close to the flower plate, and the dust leaks from the bag mouth and enters the clean air chamber, causing the discharge to exceed the standard. The installation of the bag opening should be checked one by one and the compression seal of the gap should be found.
  • Damage to the dust bag will directly cause the outlet of the exhaust pipe to be ash.In many cases, the filter bag is damaged. For example, the surface of the cage is not smooth, the beam of the dust collector is worn, the installation of the bag is not vertical, the bag is collided with each other, the blow port is skewed, the bag mouth is not protected by the venturi, the spark burns the bag, and the bag seam Line breakage, smoke oxidation corrosion, etc. For dust emissions caused by this situation, fluorescing agents can be used to check for loopholes.
