The cost of dust bag is not high, but because of its use characteristics, the average lifespan of a good quality dust bag is 2-5 years. If the material is not suitable or used improperly, its service life will be reduced. If the dust bag is replaced over and over again, the cost is quite considerable, so we need to understand the main faults and avoid methods of dust bag:
1. Burning: The cause of the destruction of the bag of the dust collector is mainly because the thickness of the initial layer on the surface of the dust bag is not enough and the temperature of the flue gas is too high. If the temperature of the flue gas treated by the dust collector exceeds the working conditions of the bag, it is easy to make the dust bag harden and shrink.
Or melt to produce holes. If the thickness of the initial layer is not enough, the inflow of Mars in the smoke or the heat of the dust may also cause the dust bag to burn out the hole. Dust bag burning is mainly reflected in the online replacement of the dust bag. Since the pre-painted ash is not changed after the online replacement, the high-temperature flue gas carrying Mars directly touches the cloth bag, which easily causes the dust removal bag to be damaged. Prevent burn-out measures: Make sure that the initial layer thickness of the surface of the dust bag. Ensure that the temperature of the exhaust gas does not exceed the temperature (the control standards for # 3 and # 4 furnaces are not higher than 180 °C).
2. Wear: The wear dust bag mainly occurs in the middle part of the dust collector. On a single dust bag, it mainly occurs within 1 meter from the exit of the cloth bag. The main reason for this is the uneven distribution of flue gas. The flow velocity is too high in the middle of the single room, and it is on the single dust bag on the outlet.
The filtration rate is too high at the location, resulting in dust impact and abrasion of the bag, which also impairs the fabric fiber tension of the dust bag, making it easier to perforate the local fabric bag and have a short service life. Dust-proof bags for frequent wear parts are replaced with wear-resistant bags.
3. The distance between the dust bag is too small, and the keel bends easily causing wear between the bags. The difference between the diameter of the bag and the keel is too small for poor cleaning results in shortening the cleaning cycle and increasing the pressure of blowing air. When the bag is too large, the friction between the bag and the keel will accelerate wear. For some filter cloths that vary greatly with temperature and have elongation characteristics, special attention is required.
4. When there is a hole or burr in the keel weld, or a rough surface due to corrosion, it will also accelerate the wear of the bag. Poor sealing of bags and perforated plates can cause wear on the top of the bags.
5. Venturi tube or pulse tube is misaligned with the bag, and it is easy for the spray pipe to spray the air flow to directly flush the upper part of the bag to cause wear. Bag washing too often will accelerate the wear of the bag.
6. Excessively high filtration rate will break the initial dust layer and cause excessive wear due to dust impact on the cloth bag. If the number of cleaning bags is too high at this time, the fabric of the bag can easily be loosened and the wear of the bag can be accelerated. The dust contained in the flue gas exceeds the design criteria and will also accelerate the wear of the bag. Too much dust accumulates in the small ash bucket, causing smoke in the flue gas chamber to accelerate the wear of the bag.
7. Reducing the wear and tear measure: The dust bag is thickened during the production process in the weak part of the dust bag. During the installation process, the bag with a small distance and the keel bending is adjusted and replaced; the dust bag and the keel must be fitted properly. (+10 ~ 20mm), and the length should be the same; keel in use should be strictly checked, broken keel is strictly prohibited; dust bag and flower orifice seal should be checked tightly; Venturi and pulse tube alignment correct. During the operation, it is necessary to prevent factors such as excessively high filtration speed, short cleaning cycle of the bag, and excessive pressure of compressed air. When setting the pulse cleaning cycle of the dust remover, it is possible to ensure that the dust remover operates under a stable pressure, the set pulse cleaning cycle time is the longest, and the pulse cleaning time can ensure that the initial dust does not fall off, and the set time The shortest cleaning time is good. If the dust layer is not started at the beginning, an extended cleaning cycle can be used to compensate. If pressure differential control is used, the stability of the set pressure at the inlet and outlet of the filter can be improved.
