1. How it works
The dust collector consists of a hopper, an upper box, a middle box, and a lower box. The upper, middle, and lower boxes are divided into chambers. During work, dust-laden gas enters the hopper through the inlet duct. The coarse dust particles directly fall into the bottom of the ash bucket. The fine dust particles turn upward and enter the middle and lower boxes along with the airflow. The dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag. The gas enters the upper tank to the net gas collecting pipe-the exhaust passage, and is exhausted to the atmosphere via the exhaust fan.
The cleaning process is to cut off the net air outlet of the chamber first, so that the cloth bag of the chamber is in a state of no airflow. Then, the pulse valve is opened and the compressed air is used for pulse cleaning and cleaning. The shut-off time of the shut-off valve is sufficient to ensure that the dust released from the filter bag after the injection is settled to the ash hopper, and the dust is prevented from being attached to the air flow after detaching from the surface of the filter bag. The phenomenon to the surface of the adjacent filter bag makes the filter bag completely cleaned, and the programmable controller can fully control the exhaust valve, pulse valve, and ash discharge valve.
