The specifications of the glass fiber coated dust filter bag used in the low-pressure long-bag pulse bag filter are basically 5m-7m in length. As the bags are longer, the distance between the bags and the distance between the bag and the shell wall board should ensure that the filter bags do not touch each other. Of course, a larger distance is always good, but if the size is too large, the volume of the shell will be too large and the investment will increase. The processing accuracy of the cell plate will directly affect the verticality of the filter bag and the concentricity of the nozzle. Therefore, the processing requirements mainly have three aspects to control the quality:
- The hole spacing of the cell plate is guaranteed to be controlled within ±1mm, and CNC plasma cutting is required during processing to ensure its accuracy.
- The deformation of the cell plate should be controlled within 1/1000. This requires at least 6mm of steel plate thickness and a certain reinforcement to ensure rigidity. At the same time, ensure that the welding deformation is controlled within the minimum range in the welding process.
- The flatness of the cell plate: should be controlled within ±2mm/square meter.
All these regulations are to ensure that the filter bag reduces collisions.
