Process requirements for sewing dust collector bags
When the bag head is unloaded, the material is cut in a diagonally cut manner, the bag mouth is twilled, and the mouth of the bag requires at least 3 seams.
The longitudinal stitching of the dust bag must be firm, straight and not less than three. The loop stitching of the bag of the dust bag must be firm and not less than two.
The deviation of the length of the dust bag is ±10mm, the needle code of the dust bag should be uniform, the longitudinal needle code of the bag should not be less than 15 needles/10cm, and the transverse needle code should be no less than 12 needles/10cm.
Due to the different sewing process, the stitch aperture may be too large and fine dust may leak. Therefore, when the dust collector requires an outlet discharge concentration of less than 10 mg/m3, the filter bag seam portion should be glued or coated.
The loop stitching of the dust-proof bag anti-smashing ring must be firm and not less than two on each side. The loop stitch at the bottom of the bag is allowed to be single, but it must be sewn more than two times.
The sewed cloth bag must be free of loopholes and damage defects. Bags with a diameter greater than 200 mm and a length greater than 5000 mm shall be subjected to a tensile test and the elongation shall be in accordance with the requirements. Continuous jumpers are not allowed and the jumper within 1m suture does not exceed 1 pin, 1 line, or 1 line.
