To ensure the overall installation quality of the electrostatic precipitator, a complete quality assurance system and a well-trained construction team must be established to ensure adequate preparation and effectiveness.

Electrostatic precipitator equipment generally enters the factory through three stages of packaging, shipping, and stacking. Since most of its components belong to thin plates, it is prone to deformation. Therefore, the incoming equipment needs to be carefully checked and stacked as required, and the equipment components should be carefully tested and eliminated before installation. Otherwise, once deformed or missing, there is no basic guarantee for installation progress and quality.

The relevant parameters such as the pitch, horizontal elevation and levelness of the foundation should be retested before installation. The next step can only be carried out when the construction drawing requirements are fully met.
