3. When the filter cake adheres to the filter cloth, its time should not be too long, otherwise, it will cause deformation and sagging of the filter cloth.
4. When unloading the filter cake, shovel the filter cake in the direction of the filter cloth.
5. For certain filter press industrial filter cloths, such as industrial filter cloths used in food, pharmaceutical, and other industries, it must be identified by relevant departments to ensure that it is harmless to humans. When in use, rinse with warm water to prevent dirt from being brought in.
6. After the filter cloth is used, if the cloth holes are blocked by scum and the cloth body becomes hard and affects the filtering speed, you can choose oxalic acid, caustic soda, alcohol, and other solutions according to various fiber properties to soak and clean the filter cloth. In this way, the cloth body can be softened and the hydrophobicity and air permeability of the filter cloth can be restored.
