- Reasonable control of airflow rate
The airflow rising speed refers to the flow velocity of the flue gas in the filter bag space. Under the same processing air volume, the airflow rising speed is large, indicating that the filter bag arrangement is more compact. Normally, the airflow ascending speed is controlled at about 1 m/s to better utilize the performance of the dust collector.
2. Reasonable determination of filtered wind speed
The resistance of the bag filter depends largely on the filtration wind speed, and the resistance of the dust collector structure, the cleaning filter bag, and the dust layer increases as the filtration wind speed increases. No matter what kind of filter material is used, the net filter wind speed should not exceed 1m/min. For the fine dust layer, since the dust particles are closely connected to each other, the filtering wind speed needs to be lower, otherwise the running resistance of the dust collector will be greatly increased.
3. Uniform distribution of gas flow
The bag filter is designed to have reasonable theoretical wind speeds and other wind speeds. However, if the airflow uniformity measures are not in place, the actual air volume of some bag room will be higher or lower. Even in a bag room, if the airflow uniformity measures are not in place, the actual filtered wind speed of each filter bag will be different.
4. Pre-dusting
The rising speed of the dust collector resistance is related to the dust concentration in the flue gas. If the dust in the flue gas is collected first by the corresponding measures and then filtered through the filter bag, the filter load and resistance of the dust collector can be alleviated.
5. Scientifically improve the cleaning effect
The dust layer on the surface of the filter bag has a great influence on the running resistance of the dust collector, so the cleaning effect is particularly important. There are many factors affecting the cleaning effect of the low-pressure spray bag filter, such as the blowing pressure, the cleaning cycle, the length of the filter bag, the spacing between the filter bag and the filter bag. Without sufficient blowing pressure and energy, the dust layer on the surface of the filter bag cannot be completely removed. However, the injection pressure should not be too large, otherwise the service life of the filter bag will be greatly shortened. The injection pressure needs to be controlled within a reasonable range, and needs to be flexibly adjusted according to the degree of viscosity of the dust. The injection pressure should be controlled between 0, 2 MPa and 0, 4 MPa.
