(6) Increase the capacity or area of the ESP, that is, increase an electric field, or increase or broaden the electric field of the ESP.
(7) Adjusting the control mode and power supply mode of power supply equipment. The application of high-frequency (20-50 kHz) high-voltage switching power supply provides a new technical way to upgrade and improve the efficiency of ESP. The frequency of high frequency and high voltage switching power supply (SIR) is 400-1000 times higher than that of conventional voltage converter/rectifier (T/R). Conventional T/R power supply often fails to output large power when spark discharge is serious. The spark of the electric field will increase further when there is high specific resistance dust in the electric field, which will lead to a sharp decline in output power, sometimes even to tens of milliamperes, seriously affecting the improvement of dust collection efficiency. SIR is different, because its output voltage frequency is 500 times that of conventional power supply. When spark discharge occurs, its voltage fluctuation is very small, which can produce almost smooth high-voltage DC output, so SIR can provide greater current to electric field. The operation of several ESPs shows that the output current of general SIR is more than twice that of conventional T/R power supply, so the efficiency of ESPs will be significantly improved.
The third stage: start with tail gas treatment. Three-stage dust removal can be added after electrostatic precipitation, such as bag dust removal, which can remove some smaller particles more thoroughly and improve the purification effect, so as to achieve the goal of pollution-free discharge.
