The second stage: start with the treatment of smoke and dust. By tapping the dust removal potential of ESP itself, the defects and problems of ESP itself in the process of dust removal are emphatically solved, so as to effectively improve the dust removal efficiency.

The main measures include the following:

(1) Improve the uneven distribution of flue gas velocity and adjust the technical parameters of the air distribution device.

(2) Attention should be paid to the insulation of dust collection system to ensure the material and thickness of insulation layer. The insulation layer outside the dust collector will directly affect the temperature of the dust collection gas. As there is a certain amount of moisture in the external environment, the temperature of the gas will dew once it is below the dew point. Because of condensation, dust adheres to the dust collector and corona electrode, even vibration can not effectively make it fall off. When the amount of adhering dust reaches a certain level, corona will be prevented from occurring at the corona pole, so that the dust collection efficiency will be reduced and the electrostatic precipitator will not work properly. In addition, dew will cause corrosion of the electrode system and the shell and bucket of the dust collector, thus shortening the service life.
