The fiber processed from bamboo is called bamboo fiber, and bamboo fiber is divided into two categories: natural and chemical.

1.Natural

Bamboo fibrils are natural bamboo fibers obtained by a combination of physical and chemical methods.

Manufacturing process:

Bamboo Bamboo slices(Firstly, the bamboo is cut off and cut into pieces. The length of the bamboo pieces depends on the need.)  → Boil bamboo slices(Boil bamboo slices in boiling water.)  → Crush and decompose (take bamboo pieces out, crush and hammer them into filaments)  → Cook bamboo silk (put bamboo silk in pressure cooker to remove some pectin, hemicellulose and lignin) → Bio-enzyme degumming (The above-mentioned pretreated bamboo silk is immersed in a solution containing a biological enzyme, and the biological enzyme further decomposes the lignin, hemicellulose, and pectin in the bamboo filament to obtain the cellulose fiber in the bamboo. When decomposing lignin, hemicellulose, pectin, a certain amount of enzyme which can decompose cellulose can be added to the treatment liquid to obtain finer bamboo fibrils.) → Carding fiber (purifying, bleaching, oiling, softening, opening and combing the bamboo fiber after the enzyme is decomposed to obtain bamboo fiber for textile) → Textile fibers
