If the rotating part is not too flexible, then it may be because the lubrication work is not done well, you need to look at the air inlet device for blockage. If there is no blockage, check that the bearing temperature of the equipment is within the normal range.
Secondly, it is very important to check the dust collector of the bag. To see if it is running smoothly, there is no abnormal sound in the working state. If it vibrates and the bearing temperature is abnormal, it needs to be repaired. Its cooling water circulation should also be normal. If the disc valve is not flexible, we need to repair it.
When inspecting the exhaust fan, you should also observe the deformation of its housing and the problem of cracking. After all the above problems have been checked, you should also look at the air reservoir of the bag filter and its oil-water separator. Do not allow too much water in the gas tank.
