Maintenance of bag filter

、The manager of the pulse bag filter should be familiar with the principle, performance, and use conditions of the filter, and master the adjustment and maintenance methods. Comprehensively grasp the performance and structure of the dust collector, and deal with problems in time to ensure the normal operation of the dust removal system. The staff on duty shall record the operating conditions and relevant data.

、The mechanical moving parts such as the ash conveying device on the pulse bag filter should be filled and changed according to the regulations, and abnormal phenomena should be eliminated in time. Oil the rotating parts regularly.

、The gas storage tank on the pulse bag filter and the oil-water separator in the air source triple should be discharged once every shift. At the same time, the oil-water separator should be cleaned every 3 to 6 months. The oil mist device should be checked frequently for oil storage in time.

、If the electromagnetic pulse valve fails, it should be eliminated in time. If there are impurities or moisture inside, it should be cleaned. If the diaphragm is damaged, it should be replaced in time.

、When the pulse bag filter is working normally, the ash discharge device cannot stop working, otherwise the ash hopper will soon be full of dust and overflow into the bag room, forcing the dust collector to stop working. Smoke and ash from the exhaust outlet are found, indicating that the dust bag is leaking. During maintenance, stop the air from room to room and open the upper cover. If dust is found at the mouth of the dust bag, it means that the dust bag has been damaged and needs to replace or repair.

、If you use a timer cleaning controller, you should regularly determine whether the cleaning cycle is accurate, otherwise you should make adjustments. When using a constant resistance pulse controller, check the working condition of the pressure switch regularly, whether the pressure measuring port is blocked, and clean it.
