Bag filter
- Compact structure and reasonable size. Installation and operation are simple and convenient. Small footprint.
- High filtration accuracy, suitable for any fine particles or suspended matter, and the filtration range can be from 1 to 800 microns.
- The processing flow per unit filtering area is large, the filtering resistance is small, and the filtering efficiency is high. The filter function of a filter bag is equivalent to 5 ~ 10 times of the same type of filter element, which can greatly reduce the cost; the design flow can meet the requirements of 1 ~ 500m3 / h, and the cost is low.
- It is widely used for primary, medium or fine filtration. When the same filtration effect is achieved, it has the advantages of low investment cost, long service life and low filtration cost compared with plate and frame fine filter, filter element type filter and other equipment.
Intermittent pressure filter
Working pressure: 0.3-0.8mpa, up to 3.5Mpa. It is suitable for the separation of small density difference between solid and liquid, which is difficult to settle, or the liquid with high solid content and requiring to be clarified, or the situation where the solid recovery rate is high and the moisture content of filter cake is low. The filter press has the advantages of large driving force, high filtration rate, small area per unit filtration area, strong adaptability to materials, wide selection range of filtration area and wide application.
Plate and frame filter press
The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, convenient manufacture, small floor area, high operation pressure, large filtering area, suitable for sticking fine materials, low moisture content of filtering residue, and the disadvantages are intermittent operation, low production efficiency, high labor intensity and fast loss of filter cloth.
Chamber pressure filter
It is similar to plate and frame filter press, but it has few parts, the cost per unit filtering area is about 15% lower, and the sealing surface is reliable, but the installation and cleaning of filter cloth are troublesome, the loss of filter cloth is fast, and the operation cost is high, most of which are used in the production of large processing capacity.
