When installing the FRP acid mist purification tower and when it is used, special attention should be paid to the following points:
- When the user installs the acid mist purification tower, it should be on a concrete foundation 150 mm above the ground. Pumps and fans should be used as concrete foundations as required.
- Pay attention to the protection of the product during transportation and installation, and do not damage the body and components.
- When the purification tower is shipped from the factory, it will be transported in sections according to the specific conditions, because the working technicians of the four-way FRP are installed and debugged on site.
- If the acid mist purification tower is to be used outdoors, the anti-freezing measures should be taken in the winter part of the tower.
- The bottom pool of the equipment has a liquid level mark. It is necessary to inject the suction liquid according to the liquid level mark before use. The process should be supplemented with the suction liquid during the process.
- When used, the tower should be opened for 1 to 3 minutes, then the blower should be started. When the machine is stopped, the blower should be stopped for 1~2 minutes before stopping the circulating water pump.
- The acidity depth of the liquid in the pool at the bottom of the tower and the degree of gas purification at the exhaust port should be checked regularly according to the conditions used. When the standard exceeds the standard, the aspirate in the bottom pool should be replaced.
- Please note that the user service is used in the acid mist purification tower for one-and-a-half to two years to check the blockage of the sprinkler pipe and packing and clean it.
