As the main component of filtration, the liquid filter bag is widely used in various industries. How to choose the product that suits you, mainly analyzes the acidity and alkalinity of the liquid, the filtration precision and the filtration temperature.

Precautions

A pressure gauge is installed on the inlet and outlet pipes of the bag filter, and the time difference of the filter bag is determined by the pressure difference displayed by the front and rear pressure gauges. Generally, the pressure difference of the filter bag can be about 0.5~1kg/cm2. When the pressure difference reaches this range, the filter bag should be replaced in time to avoid the filter bag from rupturing, affecting the filtration effect, and not to lose weight due to small size.

Instructions

First, when the operating system is completely closed, confirm that the filter pressure is zero, then open the lid, check whether the upper edge of the basket and the filter contact surface are flat, confirm that the filter bag is flat after filling, and when closing the filter cover, make sure The washer is not twisted or disengaged; the ring nut is tightened clockwise, the exhaust valve is closed, the pump switch is opened, and the inlet and outlet valves are opened.

Caveat:

It is not responsible for the economic loss (non-quality problems) caused by the explosion of the bag due to excessive pressure difference and failure to replace the filter bag in time or improper operation during the installation process.
