When closing the purification system, the fan should be turned off for 2-3 minutes, then the pump should be turned off, and it can not be opened. Otherwise, the motor will be burned out and the filler will be blocked, which will affect the purification effect.
Fans and wiring should not be arbitrarily moved. They should be absolutely guaranteed to be properly turned and must not be reversed, otherwise the motor will be damaged and an accident can result.
After the exhaust gas purification treatment equipment is in operation, it should be sent to a special person for safekeeping and use, and it should be checked regularly. It is found that the equipment is abnormally sounded or leaking. It should be used after shutdown.
The exhaust gas purification treatment equipment is installed outdoors, and the water pump fan motor should be made with a rain cover to prevent the motor from getting wet.If the exhaust gas purification treatment equipment is made of FRP or plastic fan, it is necessary to install a protective cover to prevent the screw from loosening, the bearing being damaged or sucking in debris, and exploding when the impeller is damaged.

The formulation ratio of the purification absorption liquid is determined according to the different gas sources of the user unit and the concentration, and will be specifically provided to the user management personnel after the equipment is properly checked and accepted.
