1. Put the grooved frame on the foundation according to the dimensions in the chute installation assembly drawing, and then place the lower shell of the chute snugly on the grooved frame, handle the flange seal, tighten the coupling bolts, and align it. For the centerline of the tank, weld the non-standard parts such as the trough frame and the lower inlet to the shell of the relevant chute (the opening before welding should avoid the deformation of the trough); place and tighten the air slide fabric, and install the upper shell Body and related parts. The installation of the fan is carried out at the same time.
  2. The slope should be strictly guaranteed. The upper and lower tank coupling flanges are the reference plane, and the allowable error is 1/1000 (accumulated error should be in the direction of increasing slope).
  3. The allowable tolerance of the transverse unevenness of the trough is 1/500 of the width.
  4. The air slide fabric should be stored in a clean and dry place. When installing, do not stick to oil or water. When unloading, the length of the breathable layer is 0.5m longer than the slope, and the width is 1.5cm wider than the shell flange. The upper shell shall be installed after longitudinal tensioning. At this time, try your best to tighten in the transverse direction. In order to maintain uniform air permeability when there are curved grooves, three-way, and four-way grooves, the interlayer joints should be staggered and the joints should be tightly joined. When installing, install the upper shell at the joint first, and then tighten each end.
  5. The installation of chute parts must be strictly required to prevent air leakage and dust leakage. The design considers the use of simple and easy asbestos rope sealing. The site can also use asbestos rope plus lead oil, blanket pads, rubber strips, and other methods according to the specific situation.
  6. Check and adjust the parts such as the access door, the three-way groove, the four-way groove, the viewing window, and the shut-off valve to make the operation flexible. Close tightly, where the rubber gate of the shutoff valve and the air slide fabric should be repeatedly shaped to match.
